Mega Man Battle Network 6 is the final Game Boy Advance game in the Mega Man Battle Network series. In Japan, the game boasted the Navi Link System, a connectivity feature with the LiNK PET_EX toy and Battle Chip Stadium arcade game.

- Rockman EXE 6 came with an additional gift depending on the retailer it was purchased from: Rockman Zero Modification Card (Ito-Yokado), Dark Rockman Modification Card (Toys 'R' Us).
- Rockman EXE 6 Cyber Beast Glaga Beast Link Gate DX Edition and Rockman EXE 6 Cyber Beast Falzer Beast Link Gate DX Edition were able for purchase on e-Capcom. The game came with a special Beast Link Gate "Netto Version", BattleChips (Blues, Black Bomb, Blizzard Ball, Colonel Army), and a Link PET_EX jacket.
