These are the Version Differences between the two versions of Mega Man Battle Network 6, Cybeast Gregar and Cybeast Falzar.
Story Differences
- All story related events to the Cybeast are dependent on the version. The primary Cybeast in the story is the titular game, while the secondary Cybeast is the opposite version's.
- The final round of the Operator Navi contest have different characters:
- Cybeast Gregar: The one who rescues MegaMan is ChargeMan.
- Cybeast Falzar: The one who rescues MegaMan is DustMan.
Extra Text
- When using Humor NaviCust Program, there is a joke about MegaMan obsessing over chips and then goes into Beast Out. The Beast Out he goes into and the dialogue throughout it will be different between versions.
Gameplay Differences
The Link Navis you get are dependent on the version. These are also the version-exclusive bosses you’ll be able to fight obtain their chips.

BattleChips
These are BattleChips that can only be obtained in that specific version. The Mega Chips can be traded to the opposite version and be bought in the Chip Order, all opposite version V1 Navi chips in * code can also be obtained through Lotto Number. The Giga Chips cannot be traded not be bought in Chip Order.

Extras
Beast Link Gate
Only the Beast Out of each respective version can be used. Only Navi Data Chips of each respective version's Link Navis are allowed to be used. This includes the Cross System changes and Navi Link System.
Patch Cards
The abilities the BassCross MegaMan Patch Card gives are dependent on the version. A power-type set for Cybeast Gregar. A speed-type set for Cybeast Falzar.
The Rare Chip Distribution Cards are also version exclusive: Gregar X can only be obtained in Cybeast Gregar, and Falzar X can only be obtained in Cybeast Falzar.
Visual Differences
- Lan's Room: Colors and decorations differ.
- Cybeast Gregar: The poster is of Django in his Sol Trance form. The sports bag is blue. The video game system is a Nintendo DS.
- Cybeast Falzar: The poster is of Django riding a bike. The sports bag is white. The video game system is a Game Boy Micro.
- Lan's House: Colors and decorations differ.
- Cybeast Gregar: On top of the shoe rack is 2 golden fish statue from End City. On the stove is steak. The painted picture is of a Mega Man Legends' Servbot "smile".
- Cybeast Falzar: On top of the shoe rack is a ship's steering wheel souvenir. On the stove are roasted onions. The painted picture is of Mega Man Legends' Data.
