Here are the Double Soul forms in Mega Man Battle Network 5. The forms differ depending on the version that is being played.

Team ProtoMan

Proto Soul
Sacrifice Sword Chip
Power Attack Wide Sword (10 x ATK + 80)
Abilities
  • B + Left: Reflect. If an attack is blocked, 50 damage is sent down the row.
  • Charged non-dimming Sword Chip: StepSlice. The Sword Chip's damage is multiplied by 2 and MegaMan steps 2 steps forward while using it.
