These are the features that require connectivity in Mega Man Star Force 2.
Attack Stars
In the Folder screen, there is a blank space on the BattleCard interface. It's space for Attack Stars, which will boost the attack power of the card depending on how many stars are there. A player can get up to 6 Attack Stars, which can be done via adding Star Cards in the Folder or win multiplayer battles.
After winning Sky-Hi Coliseum or Wave Battle VS Matches and exiting out of the menu, Legendary Master Shin will reward the player with 1 Attack Star for each win. The Attack Stars will expire when the game re-enters the Title Screen or entering the Network menu.
Wi-Fi Rewards
After completing a certain amount of Wi-Fi battles, Legendary Master Shin will reward the player with a Battle Card.
