These are the Version Differences between the two versions of Mega Man Battle Network 6, Cybeast Gregar and Cybeast Falzar.
Visual Differences
- Lan's Room: Colors and decorations differ.
- Cybeast Gregar: The poster is of Django in his Sol Trance form. The sports bag is blue. The video game system is a Nintendo DS.
- Cybeast Falzar: The poster is of Django riding a bike. The sports bag os white. The video game system is a Game Boy Micro.
- Lan's House: Colors and decorations differ.
- Cybeast Gregar: On top of the shoe rack is 2 golden fish statue from End City. On the stove is steak. The painted picture is of a Mega Man Legends' Servbot "smile".
- Cybeast Falzar: On top of the shoe rack is a ship's steering wheel souvenir. On the stove are roasted onions. The painted picture is of Mega Man Legends' Data.
- Seaside Town: Colors and decorations differ.
- Green Town: Colors and decorations differ.
Story Differences
- All story related events to the Cybeast are dependent on the version. The primary Cybeast in the story is the titular game, while the secondary Cybeast is the opposite version's.
- The final round of the Operator Navi contest have different characters:
- Cybeast Gregar: The one who rescues MegaMan is ChargeMan.
- Cybeast Falzar: The one who rescues MegaMan is DustMan.
- When using Humor NaviCust Program, there is a joke about MegaMan obsessing over chips and then goes into Beast Out. The Beast Out he goes into and the dialogue throughout it will be different between versions.
