These are the features that require connectivity in Mega Man Star Force 2.
Attack Stars
In the Folder screen, there is a blank space on the BattleCard interface. It's space for Attack Stars, which will boost the attack power of Standard class cards depending on how many stars are there. A player can get up to 6 Attack Stars on a card, which can be done via adding Star Cards in the Folder or win multiplayer battles.
After winning in Sky-Hi Coliseum or Wave Battle VS Matches and exit out of the menu, Legendary Master Shin will reward the player with 1 Attack Star for each win to all Standard class cards. The Attack Stars will expire when the game re-enters the Title Screen, entering the Network menu, or enter Sky-Hi Coliseum.
Wi-Fi Rewards
After completing a certain amount of Wi-Fi battles, Legendary Master Shin will reward the player with a Battle Card.
