The bosses in Mega Man Battle Network 4.
In this game, FloatShoes protects against the effects of cracked, swamp, ice, lava and pitfall panels. It does not prevent Good MegaMan from erasing DarkHole panels, or prevent Evil MegaMan from erasing Holy panels.
Get Data is dependent on the player's remaining HP % when they finish the battle:
Name | HP range | Example for 1000 HP |
---|---|---|
High | HP ≥ 37.5 % | 375 – 1000 |
Low | HP < 37.5 % | 1 – 374 |
For Ω (SP) level Navis, they will drop their DS NaviChip instead of their normal chip if the player finishes the battle with less than 470 karma, or has used a DarkChip or Dark DoubleSoul during that battle.
Encounters in the Net
After defeating most Navis in the story, a β version can be encounter on specific sections of a map. Then their Ω versions can be fought in the area as a random encounter.
- If opposite version Navis have been sent via the Waiting Room feature and beaten in the story tournaments, they can be encountered in the Net like any other Navi.
Some Navis have special conditions:
- ShadeManΩ appears after purifying ShadeMan by undergoing Django's side quest.
- BassΩ appears after defeating the Mirror of Truth's MegaManDS.

Dark Soul Navis will use their usual attacks, but will also use player chips. DS Navis will also inherit abilities (NaviCust and Patch Cards) from MegaMan.
DarkMegaMan will match MegaMan's current HP and MegaBuster Attack. Other DS Navis’ HP and attack power will be dependent on a “Dark Soul Level” calculated by being 1/100 of MegaMan’s HP before any customizing (minimum: 1 DSLV). DSLV will also determine what new attacks the Navi will obtain, similar to how some Ω Navis have a move its V1 does not. DSLV will also level down if the player uses Dark Chips to lower their HP.
