This is the Skill Editor in Rockman.EXE Phantom of Network.

How to Use

Skill description.

The colors of a Skill that a player gets from Blue Mystery Datas are random. They are based on a variable set when a player downloads the game data from the game’s original server, meaning different games will have different Skill colors. However, Skills obtained from a shop are fixed colors and will be the same across different games.

UnderShirt If MegaMan would hit 0 HP, he goes down to 1 instead.
BodyPack Effects of SuperArmor, UnderShirt, and AirShoes.
SneakRun Lowers encounter rate on the field screen.
Collect Increases chance of a BattleChip reward after battle.
MoneyMaker Zenny reward is doubled after battle.
LocateEnemy Increases encounter rate on the field screen.
GhostAntenna Increases chance of encountering a Ghost Navi on the field screen. It changes from the default 1/15 chance to a 1/3 chance.
SecondChance In the first turn of the Custom Screen, a Shuffle button replaces the ADD button and can be used once.

AttackMAX MegaBuster Attack becomes 5!

HubBatch MegaMan loses 50% HP of his maximum HP before any Skill Programs. Effects of FirstBarr, SuperArmor, AirShoes, UnderShirt, MegaFolder1, Custom1.
HP+50 Max HP +50.
HP+100 Max HP +100.
HP+200 Max HP +200.
