These are the Cipher Mail for Mega Man Star Force 2.
How to Use
To send a Cipher, select the E-Mail menu and compose an E-Mail to Legendary Master Shin. Enter the proper message in the mail's body to get an item. The [enter] in the below list marks the following line of text to go to the next line.
