DS Download Station

The DS Download Station is a Nintendo DS special feature hosted by certain retailers. It is accessed using the DS Download Play feature. This page will cover the Mega Man Star Force related content in them.

How to use

The DS Download Station is a game card played on a Nintendo DS that will transmit data to other Nintendo DSs via DS Download Play. Upon opening the Station on another Nintendo DS, demos, videos, or special items can be downloaded.

To download the special items, the matching game card must already be in the Nintendo DS. After going through some dialogue, a prompt will then ask which save the item will be downloaded to (as Star Force 2 and 3 have two save files). Each item can only be downloaded once per save.

Made available in North America starting in the Winter of 2008. The following was available for Mega Man Star Force 2:

Made available in North America starting in the Autumn of 2009. The following was available for Mega Man Star Force 3:

• Mega Man Star Force 3 Playable Demo (a 3-round test battle - 2 virus battles and Spade Magnes)
• Mega Man Star Force 3 Acid Arrest - Battle Card
• Mega Man Star Force 3 Crimson Meteor - Battle Card
