Rockman EXE: Phantom of Network (AKA Mega Man Battle Network Phantom of Network) is the first original Mobile Game release for the Mega Man Battle Network series.
The game also had a side application, Rockman EXE: Phantom of Network Battlers Tower, which will take the player's data from the main game. It can download other player's MegaMan data and then can be fought in a simulated battle. It has a points system that lets a player increase their battler rank. There is a Time Attack Mode for battles against the Navi bosses and it also contains a detailed database of the Navis.
The game’s 8 story chapters are denoted by these respective bosses at the end:
- FireMan - "Resurrected Threat"
- IceMan - "A Hot Burning Heart!"
- WoodMan - "The NetBattle Tournament Is Here!"
