ModTools is a KeyItem in Mega Man Battle Network 3 that unlocks more features in the Navi Customizer by inputting ModCodes.
How to Obtain
The ModTools can be obtained at Beach St. from a man by the Metro.
Codes
123 on the list refers to the special symbols at the bottom of code input.
Error Codes
Usually, if any Error messages appear in the NaviCust, running can't be completed. If the Error message has letters in it, a code can be inputted to complete running the NaviCust.
