Continuing the Wave Command Cards from Mega Man Star Force 2, 3 introduced Noise Modification Gear (ノイズ改造ギア Noise Kaizou Gear) or Noise Mod Cards to further the usage of real life cards to fully customize your Rockman. They were sold by Capcom during the lifetime of the game 3 with several only being obtainable during events in Japan.
Noise Cards
Noise Cards (ノイズドカード Noised Cards) harkens back to Battle Network's Mod Cards and provides powerful unconventional boosts for Mega Man. This feature is exclusive to the Japanese version and cannot be accessed in English games.
White Cards
White Cards (ホワイトカード) allows the choice of White Cards to be added in the folder. These cards will also appear in the Brother and Rival roulettes. This feature is accessible in English games.
Purpose Cards
Purpose Cards (Rezon Cards レゾンカード) give special bonuses when Mega Man finalizes. The effects are also shared across Team members, allowing the abilities to stack up. This feature is exclusive to the Japanese version and cannot be accessed in English games.
