ModTools is a Key Item in Mega Man Battle Network 3 that unlocks more features in the Navi Customizer by inputting ModCodes.
How to Obtain
The ModTools can be obtained at Beach St. from a man by the Metro.

Error Codes
Usually, if any Error messages appear in the NaviCust, running can't be completed. If the Error message has letters in it, a code can be inputted to complete running the NaviCust.
