==In Game Unlockable Navis==
==Navi Traits==
Unlike in Battle Network 4, there is no Navi Customizer to increase your Navi's Stats. Navis cannot find HP Memories like in normal Battle Network games, instead they must involve [[Navi_Events_in_Rockman_EXE_4.5|in all sorts of different tasks and minigames]]. The Navis have an HP cap and if the Navi cannot gain anymore HP, the task and minigames will give Zennys or BugFrags instead.

Unlike in Battle Network 4, there is no Navi Customizer to increase your Navi's Stats. Each Navi has their own way to level up their HPs. These range from finding mini games in Green Mystery Data, absorbing elemental chips, or planting something in the overworld.
Only the Navi's Buster Attack Power can be increased, there is no way to increase its Speed or Charge.

* The Attack stats can be increased from "Buster Up" Gold Mystery Datas on the Net while using that Navi. This will affect their PowerAttacks' damage as well. Each Navi having their own maximum Attack.
*In this game, FloatShoes will ignore Cracked, Ice, Lava, Pitfall panels. However, Poison Panels will still affect them.

Only Attack Power can be increased with no way to increase Speed or Charge. These are found as "Buster Up" in the over-world within Gold Mystery Data while using that Navi. This affects Charge Shot ability damage as well, with each Navi having their own maximum attack. There are also barriers in the over-world that hide goodies such as pillars of fire or wood stumps. Certain Navis are able remove these barriers (I.E. FireMan or AquaMan for a Pillar of fire), which encourages using other Navis in your play-through.
There are also barriers in the overworld that hide goodies behind the obstacle. Specific Navis can remove these barriers: ([[Navi_Events_in_Rockman_EXE_4.5#Net_Area_Gates|List of Locations]])

==Non-Battle Chip Gate Navis==
These are Navis that do not need the Battle Chip Gate to unlock in-game. MegaMan, Roll, GutsMan and NumberMan are unlocked from the start. You can unlock the other Navis by completing the Official Tournament, they are unlocked either one or two at a time in an alternating fashion.

*1 trophy unlocks FireMan & WoodMan.
*2 trophies unlocks WindMan.
*3 trophies unlocks SearchMan & AquaMan.
*4 trophies unlocks ThunderMan.
*5 trophies unlocks MetalMan & JunkMan.
*6 trophies unlocks ProtoMan.

Completing the Official Tournament with all 13 Navis is required to play the game’s credits.

MegaMan, Roll, GutsMan and NumberMan are unlocked from the start. You can unlock the other Navis who were souls in MMBN4 by completing the Official Tournament. They are unlocked either one or two at a time in an alternating fashion.
*Every Navi can also be unlocked by slotting in their Navi Data Chip (not their Navi Mega Chip) in the Battle Chip Gate. You can unlock the first 2 row of Navis by progressing through the game. The bottom-most row, however, require their Navi Data Chip slot in the Gate.

*Most Navis have a Buster that increases the Custom Gauge upon usage. Some also have Shield, which will consume the Custom Gauge upon use.

'''Decorations'''

WoodMan and ThunderMan require the use of an item to be found on the net and placed somewhere in order to increase their HP. WoodMan uses Cyberseeds to plant trees in places where tufts of grass are visible and ThunderMan requires Thunder Images to summon a statue on ground with electricity is leaking, which gives them +50 HP.

==Operation Battle Differences between 4 and 4.5==

*Navis playable in Battle Network 4 Operation Battle and certain chips have been altered slightly between games.

*GutsMan has Super Armor in 4 Operation battle but not in EXE 4.5.

*MetalMan has Break Buster in EXE 4.5 but not in 4 Operation Battle.

*Poison Pharoah removes blink/invis status in 4 but not in 4.5.

*Wood Breath does not blink in 4 but causes blinking in 4.5

*Float Shoes prevents damage from poison damage in 4. Not in 4.5

*Gun Del Sol can be high power if jacked onto the net from an outside jack in spot while inside buildings always produces low power in 4. In 4.5 Gun Del Sol is always low power no matter what time of day it is.

Latest revision as of 19:52, 18 July 2024

In Rockman EXE 4.5: Real Operation, you do not take the role of Lan. You are yourself, operating different Navis in a unique world separate from the traditional EXE games. Every Navi has their own pros and cons in battle along their own unique personality as they interact with you.

Navi Traits

Unlike in Battle Network 4, there is no Navi Customizer to increase your Navi's Stats. Navis cannot find HP Memories like in normal Battle Network games, instead they must involve in all sorts of different tasks and minigames. The Navis have an HP cap and if the Navi cannot gain anymore HP, the task and minigames will give Zennys or BugFrags instead.

Only the Navi's Buster Attack Power can be increased, there is no way to increase its Speed or Charge.

  • The Attack stats can be increased from "Buster Up" Gold Mystery Datas on the Net while using that Navi. This will affect their PowerAttacks' damage as well. Each Navi having their own maximum Attack.
  • In this game, FloatShoes will ignore Cracked, Ice, Lava, Pitfall panels. However, Poison Panels will still affect them.

There are also barriers in the overworld that hide goodies behind the obstacle. Specific Navis can remove these barriers: (List of Locations)

Obstacle Navis that can remove it
Boulder GutsMan, MetalMan, KnightMan
Fire Wall FireMan, NapalmMan, IceMan, AquaMan
Electric Current ThunderMan, ElecMan
Wood Stumps FireMan, NapalmMan, WoodMan, PlantMan
Whirlwind WindMan, Bass
? Security Gate NumberMan, ProtoMan, ShadowMan

Non-Battle Chip Gate Navis

These are Navis that do not need the Battle Chip Gate to unlock in-game. MegaMan, Roll, GutsMan and NumberMan are unlocked from the start. You can unlock the other Navis by completing the Official Tournament, they are unlocked either one or two at a time in an alternating fashion.

  • 1 trophy unlocks FireMan & WoodMan.
  • 2 trophies unlocks WindMan.
  • 3 trophies unlocks SearchMan & AquaMan.
  • 4 trophies unlocks ThunderMan.
  • 5 trophies unlocks MetalMan & JunkMan.
  • 6 trophies unlocks ProtoMan.

Completing the Official Tournament with all 13 Navis is required to play the game’s credits.

  • Every Navi can also be unlocked by slotting in their Navi Data Chip (not their Navi Mega Chip) in the Battle Chip Gate. You can unlock the first 2 row of Navis by progressing through the game. The bottom-most row, however, require their Navi Data Chip slot in the Gate.
  • Most Navis have a Buster that increases the Custom Gauge upon usage. Some also have Shield, which will consume the Custom Gauge upon use.

Changes from MMBN4

In MMBN4, these Navis could be used in Operation Battle but some of them had abilities modified for this game.

  • GutsMan no longer has Super Armor, but has Under Shirt instead.
  • MetalMan now has Break Buster.
  • Float Shoes protects against swamp panels in 4. In 4.5, it no longer protect against swamp panels.

Battle Chip Gate Exclusive Navis

These Navis require their Navi Data Chip slot in the Battle Chip Gate to unlock. They are unlocked via a button command in the Wii U version, as there is no way to use a Gate with it.
