Command Codes are input commands that can be performed with the buttons while using a BattleChip or Battle Card, typically powering up the attack or adding an additional effect. These commands are typically secret, rarely hinted at by characters in the game, and were revealed mainly in the official strategy guides.
In Mega Man Battle Network 5 and 6, a sound was given to Navi Chips confirming their input.
