The Navi Customizer in Mega Man Battle Network 6.
- Due to the lack of access to Patch Cards via Card e-Reader and removed areas' content, the English GBA version has moved many NaviCust parts' locations so they can be obtained.
Expansions
Expansion Memory
- Judge Tree Comp 3 BMD
- Lab's Comp 2 BMD (via Undernet 1)
Spin Programs
- SpinBlue: Sky Area 1 PMD
- SpinGrn: Lotto Number (09256524)
- SpinPink: Mr.Weather Comp 3 BMD
- SpinRed: Lotto Number (77837421)

- SpinYllw: Lotto Number (41976910)
Compression Command
To compress NaviCust Parts, hold right and input the 10 button inputs. A jingle will sound if it is successful. Parts can also be uncompressed by doing the button inputs again.
Changes from Battle Network 5
- The Memory Map rules have completely changed to include off-map mechanics.
- Compression Commands no longer make an error sound if they’re inputted wrong.
- A number of NaviCust bug effects chances are changed. Custom Bug has been completely changed. HP+ Part bugs now activates Battle HP Bug from the start.
- In the Japanese and Legacy Collection version of MMBN5, BugStop will fix bugs from Patch Cards. In any version of MMBN6, BugStop will not fix bugs from Patch Cards.
