White Cards in Mega Man Star Force 3 allows the choice of White Cards to be added in the folder, these cards can be selected with any card on the Custom Screen regardless of position. These cards will also appear in the Real Brother and Opponent Noise roulettes.
White Cards can be downloaded via the Wave Station or Dispatch Log. It is also part of the Noise Mod Gear, but unlike the other features, this is accessible in English games.

Trivia
- The White Cards with "W" ID were posted on the Japanese Website, but many were lost when Capcom took down the site.
- Since the English games didn't have any tie-in merchandise, these White Cards were all posted on the USA Mega Man site.
- The High-Speed Black Ace and Powered Red Joker White Cards have unique card art not present in the game.
