The requirements for the License Tests in Mega Man Battle Network 2.

| S License | Complete all Request Board jobs below and up to "For male pride". |
| SS License | Obtain ArmyData in Den Area 1 through WWW Area 1. |
| SSS License (Three S License)[1] | MegaMan must be at least LV. 80. |
Notes
- Fighting GutsMan, ToadMan, GateMan, and HeatMan is not mandatory for story progress or to reach the test for SSS License; It's possible for a player's first boss fight against them would be in the Navi Master boss marathon.
