The lackluster start that defined Mega Man for a generation of children. Planned as a jumping on the bandwagon cash-grab with merchandising, manga, and anime by Capcom, the heart of the series shined through its development staff and into its many fans. The game was ported to the DS with fixed game mechanics and extras in Rockman EXE Operate Shooting Star.
