Encounters in the Net
In order to fight the β version of the Team Navis, you must defeat the α version that shows up as NPCs on the Net in a different area. ProtoMan/Colonel on the other hand, only requires the defeat of their Dark counterpart in the Undernet 4 Liberation Mission.
GridMan's and LarkMan's Ω versions appear as random encounters in the Net after defeating their β versions at their respective locations.
β versions of the Darkloids only show up after defeating their α counterparts in the Nebula FactoryComps (Chapter 7).
BassΩ can be encountered only after defeating the ChaosLord representation of Bass; BassXX replaces it if specific requirements are met.
