Glitches in Mega Man Star Force 3
From The Rockman EXE Zone Wiki
This page is a list of glitches that appear in Mega Man Star Force 3.
Major glitches
Abilities and AntiDamage glitch
Normally, if an attack that removes Abilities (such as BigGrenade and HeatUpper) lands on Mega Man, those Abilities are gone for the rest of the battle. However, if Mega Man was struck while he’s using AntiDamage, he will lose those abilities but only temporarily. Changing forms (such as going Vibrant Noise or Finalize) will restore the Abilities.

Finalize GA overwrite glitch
When you Finalize, there is a chance to obtain Battle Cards that can form a Galaxy Advance. If you enter Finalize, make the GA, back out the Finalize menu, then press B, the GA components will appear and replace the existing Battle Cards in the Custom Screen. The original cards are no longer available to be selected.
This glitch can also happen when a Satellite Server card set is active on the Custom Screen.

Minor Glitches
AntiDamage MuBarrier visual glitch
Usually the MuBarrier Battle Card can be permanently broken if hit by a breaking attack, indicated by a breaking visual. If you AntiDamage a breaking attack while an active MuBarrier card is in effect, it will make visual as if MuBarrier blocked the attack with no breaking visual. AntiDamage as a whole stops MuBarrier from getting struck.

Whistle Break+ oversight
The Whistle card has no attack power listed, therefore supposed to be impossible to be attack boosted. However the Noise Cards, Junk-O Noise and Sirius Noise, boosts the attack power of Break cards. Whistle is listed as a Break card and despite having no attack power, will still get boosted by the abilities.
So when the boosted Whistle is used, all Whistled targets will receive damage. As Whistle now deals damage, it can now remove Libra Noise as it registers its weakness to Break.
