Encounters in the Net
α & β Navis
Battle Network 3's Navi encounters are done differently than the other games in the series. β (Beta) versions will not be found in the same location as the α (Alpha) versions. In addition, some Navis require certain conditions for them to appear.
In this game, once the β versions are unleashed in the area, extra virus encounters will become available. These encounters have a low escape rate and cannot be avoided with SneakRun.
