The Transformation Archive is way to try out different Noise Changes without the hassle of triggering the transformation and folder building in Mega Man Star Force 3. Players can swap to that Noise without risking their current Noise Change and are given premade Folders catered to utilizing that form's abilities. This feature is exclusive to the Japanese version and cannot be accessed in English games. This is part of the Secret Satellite Server.
Input Guide
These are the Master Card placements for Star Force 3. Unlike Mega Man Star Force 2, there is no visual on placement of each letter, so players need to be careful on the positioning.
To enter a Transformation Archive, transcode into Mega Man. Then hold Y and touch the form's emblem. To remove, hold Y and touch the emblem again. If Mega Man was in Rogue Noise, he will revert back to the backup secondary Noise Change instead.
Transformation Archive Folder
Mega Man's current Noise Change becomes that Noise and the current folder is replaced with a premade folder. All 3 customizable folders can each become a Transformation Archive folder.
- If there are cards you haven’t obtained, they won’t be counted in the Library.
There are 3 folder levels but they all cannot be accessed right away, they need story progression.
- Folder Lv1: Chapter 1 after battle tutorial.
- Folder Lv2: Mega Man has 200 HP before Abilities.
- Folder Lv3: Mega Man has 350 HP before Abilities.
If the AceProgram or JokerProgram is unequipped, usually the Noise is unequipped too, but with the archive, the Noise Change will stay on. The battle will start as the non-Vibrant Noise with no Noise gauge. Since there is no gauge, the only way to obtain Vibrant Noise abilities is by performing Multi-Noise.
Archive Folders
The lists are separated into versions for simplicity's sake. Both versions can use all Noise Changes that are present here.

Trivia
- While the English game's data suggests the feature was going to be named "transformation archive", the Mega Man USA site erroneously uploaded page called it "Morph Archives".
