Continuing the Wave Command Cards from Mega Man Star force 2, Ryūsei no Rockman 3 introduced Noise Modification Gear (ノイズ改造ギア) to further the usage of real life cards to fully customize your Rockman. They were sold by Capcom during the lifetime of Ryūsei no Rockman 3 with several only being obtainable during in person events in Japan.
