This week, European Wii U owners will be able to get their hands on Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team ProtoMan and Team Colonel for the GBA. The two handheld games arrive on Wii U Virtual Console this Thursday, for €6.99 / £6.29 each.
As usual, the Japanese versions of Rockman EXE 5 on the Virtual Console featured the possibility to receive all opposite version-chips by opening the Comm. menu; it’s highly likely that this will also make it into the international versions. Additionally, it was possible to receive BassCross MegaMan as well; whether this can be done in the English versions remains yet to be seen.
There’s been no word on whether Double Team DS will also be ported, but if the recent eShop listings leaks are anything to go by, unfortunately it doesn’t look like it’s in the works.
